there is a lot more to it, like how multi-action attacks work and some minor eratta work to deal with edge cases, but that's the basic gist of it. 13eowulf here on the forums developed it, and it works pretty well in balancing things.

I like the addition of Hth Commando. It fits the OCC much better. Are there any new bonuses to 10 and 14 years servitude?

Because of my own biases, if Africa was revisited, I'd love to see a "New Axum" in the Ethiopia area fighting the Phoenix empire.

I detune anything new to fall into line with the original rules instead, but an OCC book could be interesting just to have them in one place, or a book/page reference number (even though i have those written down myself) with update changes only being listed
