Re: Question about Psionic Bio-Regeneration
This is what I do for Bio Regen minor. IIRC Bio Regen Super actually lists an MDC amount that is similar to the HP/SDC amount.
Not in RUE that I can see, pg 178 only listing HP and SDC to me.
That said, there are a couple oddities buried in the Conversion Book for MDC species with psionics ...

Gods change their appearance to match the expectations of their worshipers. So you can reuse the pantheons ... they just don't have to let the PCs know that behind the image they present is an old friend/nemesis. Such is their mystery.

Nice find with that! I can't seem to find these speed guidelines on pages 205 and 206 of the original conversion book where it describes AIs and possesion... nor in Dark Conversions on 8 and 188... even though DC does reference Dragons and Gods it seems like an oversight they left it out.

pg 21 (left) talks about a 900 PPE ritual which allows Nxla to send out fragments for 1d6+2 minutes - this is cheaper and at low levels lasts longer than your usual Dimensional Portal spell (which lasts a minute per level when cast as a ritual, 30 sec per level othewise) but I'm not sure how long it ...

I had forgotten how fast and tough Xombies are and just how fast they regenerated MDC, but going by Psyscape 22 they lack ranged combat options so an aerial power armor w/ unlimited energy ammo can eventually whittle them down if they can do more than 40 MD per melee.

Ogres were at one point referred to as neanderthals so I'd be fine letting them have it but not any further back on the ape spectrum despite the weirdness of elves.
