I hope someone can help me out with this: I remember reading about some different types of Cyborgs, one of which was called the Skeleborg; shaped like a Skelebot. This might have been a decade ago; I not sure. I thought it was in a Rifter article, but I cannot find it. Of course, it might have been ...

I always hated when a player wanted to just kill NPCs for no reason then just to kill them. But lucky for me I always plan for those idiots, funny they never liked the pay back they got from the NPCs family, sometimes it was just brutal, sick and completely sadistic, because rifts is a dangerous pla...

Anyone can sharpen a stick. Hell, you can probably just break a leg off a table or chair and it will have a pointy end to stick something with. However, just being able to sharpen said stick doesn't make it the right kind of wood, nor does it mean you have the proficiency to be stabbing a vampire w...

I don't blame the game, I blame the players that championed it to the exclusion of everything else. I would open my mouth about looking for a 4E group and get nothing but diatribes about how "4th Edition sucks, you can't do anything with it, you need to play Pathfinder". Pathfinder player...

My third most hated is the Rules Lawyer. Arguing rules, I find, is boring and it takes valuable time away from doing the fun parts of the game, like RP'ing and combat. Re: Making wooden stakes for vampires
While I am forced to agree that to make a pointy object for the most part (i.e. a tent stake) requires no skill, that is not always the case. Soft wood will be easier to sharpen then, I don't know HARD wood, which by the way won't crack open on a ribcage. Soft wood, would (pardon the pun). To make ...

Bio-Manipulation might work as well as some Mind Bleeder powers. In spells, Mental Blast(Book of Magic page 109) and Agony(page 114,) as well as Life Drain and Mental Shock(both on page 117) are likely candidates. Deathword(page 132) is a good choice, as is Soultwist(page 145.) Rounding out the list...

Telemechanic Paralysis can drop a high-tech opponent quickly. I do not believe this is a canon power in Rifts, but I once talked a GM into letting me have the psionic version of Teleport Object, which is quite useful with fusion blocks.
