How about the original Rifts adventure, "Changing Face of Evil" as found in Rifts Sourcebook 1 (revised and original)?

If that doesn't prompt you to buy it, I don't know what else I can say.

They are mostly adventure ideas in the first 3. I do not know about the last two as I don't have those.

Over the years, I have rolled-up/made NPC/Villians. Most generic. Like various levels of CS Grunt, Magic Users, Dog Boys, etc. And now I have a 3 inch binder full of NPCs and Villians. I didn't at first, but I kept all my PC's and I got copies of my players PC's as well to keep for future use. After a short while 2 things happened. 1. I have a good collection of NPC's as mentioned. 2. I can now do NPC's/Villians on the fly because of making so many characters.

I hope this helps, Big Bob.................... :D

I have had friends over for a "Character Creation" party. I would tell them what I needed like a CS platoon or Super Villians, Super Heroes, etc. We would spend the day or evening rolling up characters and "b-s-ing". It was fun. I provided the character sheets, we all provided the various books. After a few of these over the years, I had a lot of NPC's to plug into any adventure in the books or I came up with.

I would encourage all to try this.
