Find someone who does.

I don't recall there being what looked like a mathematical formula that would be easy to use.

Depends on how new your copy is. I have two old copies (2nd printing, IIRC) that don't have it.
Some gave all.

You mean the RMB? Must be a newer version because mine only has standard strength chart not supernatural.

Get the Rifts: Conversion Book One [Revised]. I believe that it has ALL of the Strength Tables there......
