should I buy it?
Should I buy Splicers? What is Splicers like?(my FLGS hasn't got a copy yet) It almost sounds to me like rifts with bio-mechs. Am I getting this right? If that's what it is then I'm so there! It is fully compatable with Rifts right?

It melds with Rifts and all the other MDC games with ease. Splicers is a great game. The story is a scifi classic with machines and robots rising up and overthrowing the human civilization. They eventually develop a nanobot plague that keeps humans from using metal implements. To find new avenues to combat the machines gene-splicing technology was developed to build bio-organic Power Armor, weapons, vehicles ect.
I highly recommend Splicers. It is allot of fun, and adds greatly to the possibilities if you would like to bring parts of it to Phase World, or even Rifts.
