I still have no idea what a ryu man is, but if it says 4D6 M.D.C. (assuming they are M.D.C. creatures) per melee in the conversion book then it is 4D6 M.D.C. per melee. If these ryu men don't actually have a regeneration rate listed, then it would be 1D6 M.D.C. every 24 hours (also found in the conversion book, original edition).
There you go man, keep as cool as you can. Face piles of trials with smiles. It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave and keep on thinking free.
Don't take it personally CS Special Forces, there's no need to get peeved. No one was trying to make fun of you, it's all in good fun. We didn't know what a Ryu is and in fact you still haven't made it clear if your talking about a Rahu man or not.
The word "THAN" is important. Something is "better than" something else, not "better then", it's "rather than" not "rather then".
I think i am going to have to deduct about 10 geek points beacause of the too obvious reference
Besides, sonic boom beats ha-do-ken any day
I let my wife play rifts once....................she shot me in the back of the head with a naruni plasma pistol, gaffa taped a type 4 fusion block to my nether regions, and kicked my ass off the apc travelling at 100 MPH

I think you might be refering to what i think you are refering to, but have never heard of the term "handcuffs" we called it "invisable throw" and yes it was very cheap

My first character in rifts was a rahu-man burster, that always seemed to be hovering around 30 M.D.C., because he couldn't heal fast enough.
The shepherd drives the wolf from the sheep's for which the sheep thanks the shepherd as his liberator, while the wolf denounces him for the same act as the destroyer of liberty. Plainly, the sheep and the wolf are not agreed upon a definition of liberty. - Abraham Lincoln
