Robot Floater Cameras

WB34 pg 211 and 212 make reference to Police Robot Floater Cameras. However, they are aren't described in any way that I can see - Are they small? Are they silent? How do they actually float or do they simply fly like regular drones? What is their range and stats?

Anybody have any ideas as to whether there is a similar item I can use as a comparison to house rule? I could use the flying drone construction rules from Dead Reign and give 10 MDC (same as a sensor cluster from the Mechanoid Weevil [SB2]), but was wondering if there was anything Rifts specific.

WB 34: Pg 236-237 has the floater cam. All stats listed.

Lots of good gear in those books I use them with some of my pregens so I pretty much remembered where they were.
