Is there a errat for the cybermancer occ in rifter #2 cause all the abilities doesn't seem to be listed. in the last part where it talks about cyberware it insinuates the occ has mechano-link.

Not that I recall. Best bet is to find one of the various Palladium groups on Facebook, see if the author of that is a member, and ask him there. It worked well for me recently when I had a question about TW armors.

I don't recall any insinuation of Mechano Link, I thought it was just a Sorcerer OCC from Nightbane with a different skill list.
