How does dragon teleport dodge work?

I am trying to figure out how the ability from dragon hand to hand works.

It only gets a bonus of like +1 here and there. But does not say it requires a dragon to roll their teleport percentile or not. Range is only 100'

I figure its a simple poof away before getting hit type of thing.

So how does it work?

Do I just roll a standard dodge, add PP bonuses to dodge, and then the teleport dodge bonuses too? No percentile roll?

I think you just roll a d20 with applicable bonuses. The teleport % roll would seem to overly complicate things. This is my Opinion I don't think it's actually fleshed out in the Rules AFAIK.

since they are teleporting such short distances i would say you don't need the % chance. that said i would assume that the dodge normally takes you to somewhere random within line of sight. if you want to arrive somewhere specific (like say behind your attacker) or you have no line of sight to anywhere safe, i would say roll the %. pass and you go where you wanted or land safely. fail and you go somewhere random and/or have a close call with danger where you land.

I believe the % chance still applies.

The D20 is simply to discern whether or not you did it in time to avoid an attack.

If you succeed the % but fail the D20 then you get hit THEN teleport.

Unless of course there's something about damage breaking concentration?
