Ditto. I talked to my friend last night about going, we aren't sure if we want to go Sat or Sun.
Although it looks like the only Rifts game is Sat morning at 9a?

I have some other things going on in the middle of sat (flee market).

That does not stop us from forming a pug in the free play room in the LL. we would need to agree on the power level and that it is not a CS game beforehand.

My friend and I are both interested in a playing with other Palladium players, and our prference would be HU/BTS/TMNT - ie low power levels.
But we're flexible and I'm open to RIFTS as well, though I have less experience with it.

all of my rifts characters are not CS fighters and are some sort of people the CS would find objection to, and are not 'bad guys'.

And most of my chars use aspects from a mix of settings & rifters. A skill from here, an ability from there, a spell from somewhere else…sort of aspects.

I prefer the PF and HU settings. I only mention CS game is cause that is one of the games I will not play. (the other being dice-less. been then done that and no thanks)

My preference would be an HU environment as well. But I'm mostly just excited to play Palladium with other folks, so I'm completely flexible.

I apologize but I'm still not sure what "CS" means.
I guess we'd also need to decide who's willing to GM and how many people we can get together.

I GM for my group, but it's generally a pretty loose structure. We really do play more for story and character than we do for numbers and dice and power levels.
We also make each other laugh like crazy.

I will be trying to get there 9ish am on sat. & sun……about the same mon. if I am not all worn out.

I played in Asgar's fun Savage Rifts game last night

I should be in the flee market 11 am to 4-5ish on sunday. Unless things change.

Even if we can't get a game together I'd like to meet y'all.

I'm sorry I didn't get to see zyanitevp at all.

We ended up not making it to any Palladium games, but did a pretty fun "World of Darkness" game.

If there's any folks in the LA area that want to meet up and game sometime, we'd certainly be up for it.

How did the events go?

Full tables? Any feedback? Give away some swag?

Asgar had a very full group, had both Pinnacle and Palladium swag, and it was absolutely awesome!

Savage Rifts. Theme music for battles, and a great table. Computer monitor with pictures and info for players during non-battle moments. Bennies were flying! Prizes from both Palladium and Pinnacle. Smooth, quick game, with emphasis on role, not roll, play. Overall just a great experience.

I ran rifts 8pm Fri and 2 to 10pm sat and sun. Will do so every lax Hilton con. Hope to see you there.

I just got word from the RPG dept. that our group at convention has been moved to a larger room!!!

At convention our rifts room is Santa Monica C next to the games library so lots of traffic to see our magnificent "RIFTS LIVING CAMPAIGN" sign!!!

I run rifts Friday 8pm to 12am preen only. 8 players max
Sat. 2pm to 10pm pregens and player made pcs. 16 players max.
Sun 2pm to 10pm pregens and player made pcs. 16 players max.
