Stick Fighter Bonuses

In The Rifter # 18 under the Stick Fighter Advancement , Are the stick (Eskrima) bonuses to be used in place of the normal blunt WP bonuses or are the two sets added together ?

I would assume replace them...but I'm not familiar with the article. Though i'd stack them, personally. Be super scary close up, it's all good.
