We had a a game about 10 years ago were a friend played a mutant wolf he decided to be huge and dumb I want to say size level 12. Our other friend played a weasel that controlled him buy feeding raspberry twinkies .

the GM in a campaign used evil magic tulips. basically you ended up on "tulip world" it was "safe" to walk down the roads between the fields (usually) if you went into a field and touched (got too close to a tulip) or gasp try to pick one .....

d100-d1000 mutation effect tables and some of them were things like roll 1-5 times on subtable .....
