High Seas book probably has the most.

High Seas, 2nd Ed pages 82 to 90 is where you start.

Some non specific timeline info in the Core Rule book pg 280 and then pg 282.

tiny detail in LOB pg 41 & 42, 45, 49, 123 & 124.
