Chaos Earth inPDF format anywhere?

Can anybody point me to a site that has Chaos Earth RPG in a PDF or any other downloadable format? I checked DriveThru Rpg and they only have a bunch of Rifters (not that Rifters are bad, just not what I need).

Any other place would not be a legal download.

Unfortunately true. I really WOULD prefer to buy from Palladium, but there are (as far as I can tell) NO PDF versions available AT ALL. Thus I was also wondering if ANYONE had a version that had been out before.
I have the books (3 of 'em) but I wanted a PDF version for ease of travel gaming. Plus another friend of mine wanted a PDF version too.

I wish for PDF too to many books and my wife wants to throw them out behind my back ~~~~~
