Rifts Rules Compendium

Greetings folks! This is something that was discussed in the last show with Kevin in an effort to try and stream line the rules of the Rifts system. Here's what we're going to do. Please post use the following template in your posts:

Rule: (Brief description of what the rule covers, not the rule itself)
Book: (What book did the rule come from?)
Page: (Give the specific page number for the rule)

Please, avoid discussion in this topic if at all possible. If you wish to discuss the rules, please do so in another topic.

As people add the rules, I'll be editing the posts below to sort the rules in to specific categories. This way, we will have a searchable database of the rules of the system.

(Plus, if we do have a complete database eventually, we can weed out some of the rules that make no sense, and make it possible to possible get a stream lined rule book. We can hope anyway.)

Could a moderator please sticky this topic?

Also, keep the rules entirely to the Rifts books and related dimension books for now. Once we have a full compendium, we can start looking at megaversal rules to put it as long as there's not already an existing rule.

Speaking of which, if you find multiple rules for the same thing, PLEASE post each rule.
