where is the Arcanist/ Mage??
There is an experience point chart for them, but no actual OCC or spells.

Perhaps in the upcoming magic supplement?

Just hope that it doesnt happen like in Rifts Australia; dreamtime magic in the next book.. which has yet to appear..

It should appear in the upcoming Arcanum sourcebook, which (for my part) is being written as we speak. It will be worth the wait. 8)
