W.P. Archery and W.P. Targeting are now two separate skills, so if you throw an arrow or your bow you'd get the Targeting bonus, but you'd get no Targeting bonuses for using W.P. Archery with a bow or crossbow. Also, W.P. Archery is the same skills as W.P. Bow and Arrow, just has a different name. Don't forget to add all Hand-to-Hand and PP bonuses to any W.P. Archery attacks.

While I agree WP Archery and WP Targeting are two separate skills, and RUE does not have them stack together. However, some versions of WP: Targeting (printed versions) Megaversally DO allow them to stack (PF2E pg61 and HU2E pg61 for example), I am also not sure when WP: Targeting was introduced to Rifts because prior to RUE it was a single skill in the old RMB.

Now if the OP is using the original RMB and not RUE, which the wording suggests is at least possible, then yes the bonus then for WP: A&T would stack with other (appropriate) WP when they are thrown (ex. if you had WP: Spear in RMB era, using PF2E for quick reference as it is not in the RMB, at 3rd level you get a bonus to strike when the spear is thrown that would be added to WP:A&T).

WP:T under RUE would also stack with appropriate WP when they provide a bonus to strike when thrown for those items on the description list. So they would be +2 strike when thrown by Level 3 due to WP:T with a Knife or Spear, that would be added to the +1 Strike when thrown for WP: Spear at level 3 (total of +3, prior to that it would just be flat +1 until level 3) or WP Knife +2 strike when thrown by Level 3 (total of +4).

Do WPs stack with each other.....nothing says they do, And nothing says they don't.
Individual GMs Will rule this question to their own games.

However, there are WPs that list a bonus to another WP/other WPs. The most prominent one is in the targeting WP. Sooo..Give Archery the listed Targeting bonus to missile weapons as listed in that WP

What sparked the question was when I was looking through the GMG and saw both of the skills.
