a while back before this was converted over to the new Forums, there was a Psionic Power posted called "Cryokinesis" and was statted out as a Super Psionic Power.
Anyone have that power written up, or know what the stats are ?

There was an aritcle in the Rifter.
A special Psychic class / RCC or OCC.
Character class has cryokinesis.
I think it was Issue 19 of the Rifter The Freezer (cryokinetic)

I took a stab at a Cryokinesis super psionic power, as well as a Cryokinesis: Advanced version available to those with the first version and who were level 7. My mind mage character had fun playing with these powers in a Palladium Fantasy game.
