Vegas while technically part of Lilith's territory is actually owned by a night-prince who won the city from her in a game of high card.
What happens in vegas stays in vegas --- Vegas is considered to be neutral territory for all the factions within the nightlands, night lords who are bitter enemies back home leave all that baggage at the door. Even the Nightbanes themselves are tolerated (to a degree) in the city. Violence of any type is not to be tolerated unless . . .
. . . that violence is in the form of city sanctioned fights. That's right new age gladiatorial style combat. Got beef with another nightlord but all out warfare is out of the question? Settle it in the hole. Both slave and free gladiator fights, plus the occasional whole-sell slaughterfest.
Is there gambling --- you can bet your life on it --- I mean that literally
Vegas's got a pyramid, you all know what that means dimensional travelers. Is that a T-man I see sitting in the audience?
The truth about area 51 and groom lake . . . sure I know but if I told ya, i'd have to kill ya
All this and more pointless nightbane tables than you can shake a stick at --- Slot-Machine Morpheus anyone?
-------------
I think this would make one hell of a book, or atleast a cool rifter article . . . It's just a shame I have no talent for writing and i'm very lazy. So does anyone have any comments or suggestions or just cool twists for nightbane vegas.

Don't forget to develop something with the military as well. Nellis AFB in the NE corner of Vegas (with nuclear sites that mysteriously have been on the tear down list for a decade now, yet something is always going on there that isn't tear down). Creech AFB NW of Vegas where the USAF does all the usual stuff plus tests and trains new experimental aircraft (like the Predator and Reaper which I worked on).
Then there is the weird phenomena that everyone who lives in Vegas thinks Nellis and Creech AFB are army bases. Air Force Base is in their name yet everyone calls you army boys or asks how long you have been in the army. It's almost like all the Vegans have been brain washed into thinking we are in the army and not USAF members (although to what end I have no idea). Maybe it is a weird effect of having Lilith in the area and/or all the dimensional travel because of the pyramid. It affects the locals.
Hmm. Potential.
Nightbane: Las Vegas has a lot of potential here. Nice conspiracies, plus we could see Nightlords play No Limit Texas Hold 'Em Poker or Baccarat in Wynn Las Vegas, Bellagio, etc. I can see a Gentlemen's Club here, as in the old kind, not the strip clubs of today.

The ad campiagns do NOT make me want to visit Vegas, I agree.....But I like the ideas....Vegas as a neutral ground between NIghtlord factions, as well as a way to launder money(or get cursed money into circulation)...plus the list of new sins and atrocities now committed in the name of 'good clean fun'.....The local crime rate skyrockets, but nobody ever hears of it, but people are just plain disappearing..and the few honest cops left in Vegas know SOMETHING is going on that stinks worse than the normal rackets....Especially with the few crimes they can spot being particularly violent ones....the irony of it, these brutal murders or robberies are local chapters of the Resistance and Nightbane raiding the Nightlords' fronts, and assassinating Agents and informants, which the Nightlords gussie up to look like mad-dog slayings by psychopaths, the better to divert human attention against their Nightbane foes....
