Sarah Looks at the Splugorth and says wait I think that is too big for a proper ball.
She then looks at the sideline and says "OOOHHH!!!!" and runs of the field quickly... as the new players step onto the field. Including Gypsy Danger, and the rest of the Jagers.

Sarah looks at the field from the nearest bomb shelter, so what is that game "Ultimate Rugby?"

So...first inter-school game called off because Annie made off with the 'ball'?

They kinda know what Sarah's capable of, after all.

Sarah looks at the weapons and shrugs.

30 seconds later there is a Bright blue Star Trek (tng) beam in flash. Another Shemarian in blue and silver tinted chromium armor appeared in the transporter beam.
Alecia grumbles "Stupid Inter dimensional transports."
"Ok I found out that we needed Class 5 Refs here. This is how it is going to be, any infraction of the rules, generating a whistle, and flags being tossed, that is ignored by the players will result in a stun, and a 1 minute timeout (minimum) by those players. Shemarians the "stun" for you is being shot by an Ion gun, DO NOT TEST ME!!"
I do not want there to be any fatalities among the players. (she looks at the splugorth) damage to equipment while not desired... Is part of the nature of the game.

Oh one last note I am not a Ref for this game I am just supporting the refs.

Alecia Walks over to the side of the field, and waves her hand then walks up some non-existent stairs, and sits down like she just got into a box seat where she has a good view of the action.

Okay, we've established Shemarrians on one side, Sarah on the other. But since this is TEAM competition, Sarah's not going to be the ONLY person representing MCHS#69 on the battlefield, nor is she allowed to hog the entire gameplay, under the 'Mary Sue Protocols'(enacted at the demand of angry parents, after several fanfiction incidents where various fic-uber-teens, variously claiming to be super-genuises or undocumented students of Anything Goes martial arts, essentially sucked up every available scholarship and set back higher education in their communities several decades, as well as gave their classmates massive inferiority complexes requiring years of confidence-rebuilding therapy(although in one case, this was only possible by one of Richie Rich's classmates bludgeoning him to a pulp before the former's security could intervene).
In other words, she's gotta rotate like any other student player and give other victims players a chance.

Annie (laBelle) in dragon form's already listed.

So, who else we got to round out the home team? That is, if we can decide in the first place the size of a team to begin with.

 Power Girl, or someone in that leage?

the background? on the person that volunteered to enforce the refs calls with stuns and ion cannons?

That was my character Alecia DeVreis (got the original idea of the character from the novel "Path of the Fury" by david weber)

Alecia started out as a rifts mercenaries special forces, that ended up being partially borged by Archie 3oz in the campaign. I have mentioned her a few times in various threads. like the crossover thread.

Umm in game alecia got up to ~8th or 9th level special forces, but she picked up additional skills and classes in various "crossover adventures" like she was in star wars, star trek, battlestar galactica (classic) battletech, etc.

she has a version of "washu's lab" from the Tenchi Myou anime
she has an "infantry bay" in the lab, where she has enough weapons to equip an army... everything from swords etc. for a medieval army, all the way up to cyclones (she only has ~100 cyclones but could make more if needed)
she has ~100 battlemechs, mostly timberwolves.
she has duplicated the armory from a victory, and imperial star destroyer (the impstar has ~10,000 troops worth of weapons.) she also has a decent stock of phasers etc from star trek.

when I stopped playing her if she had to introduce herself it would be " I am Alecia Devreis goddess of high tech warfare." so in the ghost buster scene where they are talking to Gozer ... Alecia did say "Yes" to that whole "are you a god?" question, of course in the ghost buster team she was a part of there was either 2 or 3 gods in the 4 person team.

and if any of the shemarians realized just who was talking to them ... well ....

Shadow: "Ugh, couldn't you get like some other characters of yours? "

Chronicler: "1. You're a throwaway character (S: d$#@), 2. All the other characters I have, both creative and from all the other RPG's I've played would get steamrolled. And lastly, this would be a good exercise for me to be a better writer."

Shadow: "So what I'm I doing anyways?"

Chronicler: "First you would be heading to the Palladium Forum and into a Robotech thread."

Shadow: "Ugh, that show? Why couldn't it be in a real show like Macross?"

Chronicler: :x

Shadow: "Shutting up."

Chronicler: "There you will be playing a game of kick the Splugorth."

Shadow: "Hate those guys."

Chronicler: "Then your heads in the game then. Okay?"

Not sure it's a good sign when your PC/NPCs realize they're pawns in somebody else's game.
Even worse sign when they start talking back to their creator.

Chronicler: "Back."

Taalismn: "Where were you?"

Chronicler: "Had to coxes someone to finally go to school, and short paperwork."

Shadow walks through the portal. He's tall, lengthy, and is in full CBR-3 armor.

Shadow: "Do I really have to wear this on top of the "meat suit"?"

Chronicler: "We have to keep up with the Robotech theme some how."

Shadow: *points at MC high students* "They're all part of the Robotech universe and they're wearing plane clothing! And that blond chick (Dana) is especially from the animated show!"

Dana: ".... Blond chick? :-? "

Shadow: *points at Sarah* "And what in Gods name is that?"

 So, any background info on her?

Alecia did say "Yes" to that whole "are you a god?" question, of course in the ghost buster team she was a part of there was either 2 or 3 gods in the 4 person team.

and if any of the shemarians realized just who was talking to them ... well ....

Chronicler: "Okay, anyone else want to play?"

*Whole student body steps back*

Chronicler: "..... never mind  Looks like I need to out source players for this one. Some "transfer" students would do." *Rips a hole in space time* "Give me five, looks like I'm going to have to ask a few favors  "

*somewhere in space and time*

Shadow (no not that shadow): *sleeping on couch, a questionable magazine covers his head*

Chronicler: *flicks head* "Get up loser."

Shadow: "The hell man! What do you want?"

Chronicler: "I need you for a little creative exercise that requires a "Mary Sue". You just pulled the short straw."

Okay?"

Shadow: "Fine  like I have a choice."

Not sure it's a good sign when your PC/NPCs realize they're pawns in somebody else's game.
Even worse sign when they start talking back to their creator.
"Remember what the Cylons did to the Colonials?"
"Wanna find out what happens when a character sheet goes through an industrial shredder?"
"...I'll be good..."

It would be like having King Arthur or Paul Bunyun show up in the flesh at your school ball game and be on the opposing team.

Either team...

Alecia was declaring herself impartial, just making it so the "refs" could do their job without anyone ending up dead during the game...

with the possible exception of the splugorth ball...

Due to frightened threatening by the Monument City Council, the ball game had to be moved off the school grounds and out someplace more appropriate; like the wastelands.
There were some complaints that this made travel out to see the game rather more difficult, though parking space was no longer a problem.
Some complaints were voiced as well when the Robotech Masters' advance Protoculture-hunting party just happened to land center-field when the whistle blew....

The Armies and Works that you hold Dear,

To be turned over with the Flick of a Finger,
And the Turning of a Page"

Sarah "Hey who are those jokers and what are they doing on our field?" she runs over to the sideline saying gun gun where's my gun...

Alecia looks up and says "Megarea, I thought we had the airspace secured?"
Megarea replies "No sorry I thought it was low priority so I only had surveillance drones in place." "deploying CSP, Shuttles, and sensor Satellites, ... Now. A response runabout is inbound now Phasers charged and shields up. Sensors are starting to propagate 0.5ly clear, 1 ly clear, ... detecting 100 unknown objects within 12 ly radius, based on current speed arrival time... about a month."

Zor Prime: (Looking first at the massive lump of cowering alien flesh that's taken refuge behind their ship, then at the two clouds of dust rapidly advancing from either side on their position) "...I have a bad feeling about this...."

(Suddenly the door gets knocked down...and an ominous shadow looms with a really.big f**king gun...)

Annie: "Here, Mr. Ball, where are you? Come out, come out wherever you are! Have you seen my ball, Mister?"
Zor:   (Points at the cowering Splugorth...)
Splugorth: "I hate you, Zor! You'll get yours!!" (...As he's being dragged away by Annie)
Annie: "My friends and I still have some quality play time!"
Splugorth: "Mercy..."
Annie:  "Mercy? Mercy is for the WEAK, Mr. Ball."
They can't see me...Right!?

Substitute "main hatch on Tirolian transport cruiser' for 'door'....
Meanwhile, the bioroids outside are being treated like practice dummies at a football training camp...only with a lot more parts flying off and stuffing flying out. Not that either team notices.

Shadow stairs down the Bioroid as it towers before him. The Bioroid points its drum cannon at him.

Bioroid: "Foolish human. Do you believe you can take me o*"

Shadow: "Gou-Shoryuken!"

Shadows arm rips from him as the MD fibers from the armor couldn't contain the force from his attack. The arm knocks the head clear off the Bioroid, a trail of pitch black vapors in it's wake. The same vapors pored out of his arm.

Shadow: "Welp, so much for MD material." *the black vapors soon formed a new arm*

Everyone:

Chronicler: "Yeah, I forgot to mention he's an undead spirit/apparition/whatever."

Taalismn: "Is that way it says he's 17 for the past 30,000 years in his application?"

Shadow: "Live fast, die young. And selling your soul helps too."

Rpbotech Master: "You had to remove WHAT from Zor Prime's WHAT?"
Clone Master: "Cleats. From his prostate."
Science Master: "Oh well, it's not as if he was ever going to use that particular body part."
