I think it will be good to get a update,It can tell how Free Quebec is rebuilding from the War with CS.
Give more info on ther Fortress cities,A update on ther Military,the Npcs and other things.
What do you think they may face now?

From what was written in the Siege of Tolkeen, the War with Quebec was pretty much aborted after the events of the Quebec Worldbook - there really isn't any rebuilding to do, since the major population centers were never on the firing line.
As for information on their fortress cities, etc, sure, but as ever I think a worldbook on either Chi-Town or Lazlo takes priority. I'm tired of so many secondary locations being fleshed out when the major players of the universe are sketched out in mere pencil lines in comparison. Every-time I see another 30+ pages on some ramshackle New West town I scream inside!
