Clearly a beginning character, but...background? Fluff text?
I'm presuming Lone Star creation, but given this is Rifts, could be d-stranded refugee from Heroes Unlimited(animal experiment).
So...a little context to set this character in?

Please don't post character stats without any accompanying discussion points.

Things to consider:
-- Why are you sharing this?
-- What about it do you wish to discuss?
-- Is there something unique or odd you find intriguing?
-- Why should others take time to examine it?
Some gave all.

So my Question is....
How are you 18 feet tall and only 8 pounds? Are you made of feathers or foam?

A double quotation mark ( " ) indicates inches, not feet.

Hi Mack,
I posted her to see what people would think of the character. Thought I had added a "What do you all think about this character" but must have messed up sorry.

To her perfectly honest, Boxee, tacking on the line "What do you all think about this character" without context would have hit my Berserk Button...but that's just me and my psych-scarring experiences with that phrase.

So, a little background on the character? Some narrative?
While working out the stat details, spin me a story.

I do not have a full background write up for Cori as of this time. She was created by Lone Star as an experiment designated for execution. A small group of the Lone Star doctors decided to test a pack of dogboys in a hunt. Nobody expected Cori to be able to escape. She was befriended by a crazy and her training continued. Over time she has acquired her gear and cybernetics. She was taught to pilot robots and powered armors to be more useful as a team member.

Perhaps it's the numbering, but this reminds me of the 2004 comic book series We3, which involved a cybernetically enhanced rabbit in a robot suit. Since the animals in that comic weren't anthropomorphized to the extent of boxee's character, maybe it's more a cross between We3's Pirate and Usagi Yojimbo.

The amount of cybernetics on the character technically doesn't jive with psionics. Personally I think things that can be apps on a cheap modern phone shouldn't count for that, particularly if any display for them is otherwise accounted for. Some people might give you guff about a gyro-compass or clock/calendar tipping the scales, though.

I made a trailer for your characters anime!
Heh.....

Edit: OBVIOUSLY I didn't make that trailer....
Damn ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol! Damn everyone who won’t damn ICE/BCP/Border Patrol!! Damn everyone that won’t put lights in his windows and sit up all night damning CE/BCP/BorderPatrol!!!
If you support ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol at this point, you would have called the Gestapo on the people surreptitiously moving into your neighbor's attic and huffed that you were only following the law.

Would rather have more cybernetics on the character then the tiny amount of psi powers they give you.

This is a style thing, so you're mileage may vary...

This character suffers from too many "one in million" occurrences.
-- It was an extremely rare creation by Lone Star.
-- It managed to survive its expected destruction.
-- It successfully escaped Lone Star.
-- It found a sponsor willing to pay for expensive MOM transplants.
-- The Cyber-Doc was able to perform the MOM surgery on a non-human brain.

There's too many unique events in the character's history. It strains credulity.

Now having said that, if it's a fun character and the folks at your gaming table agree to it, then by all means go right ahead and enjoy the character!

The MOM implant was done at Lone Star as per the chart in the conversion book. So kind of confused. The only thing I see that might be questioned are the weapons, but they are all low damage and in no way game breaking. The cybernetics are all minor but some GM might say they are too much. I would expect this character to be very fun, I will never get to play it in any event. My health is going downhill quickly so I am not really able to get out anymore.
