Appreciate the help. I think I have seen a write up but I could not find in CS Navy or the Undersea book.

I don't think there is a kraken per say....your garden variety giant squid or octopus covers it.

You *might* be thinking of the "gigantic primordial sea monsters" that Lista of the Pantheon of Rurga is able to summon. They are found in her write up in the Palladium Fantasy book Dragons and Gods.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

WB 7, Underseas Pg 43 says that the Lord of the Deep is also referred to as the Kraken, but as far as I know that is as the only mention in Rifts of the Kraken.

Page 114 specifically of Bletherad, forgot all about that! Nice art by Breaux. Given they're supernatural I'm sure they'd turn MDC in rifts. CB1revised pg 26 begins notes, and at the start of pg 27 suggests you combine the HP and SDC then reduce total by 20% to get MDC. Given I've seen other creatures who just blatently add them together I'd just go with that, easier math and something like a Kraken ought to be durable.

There's one Metzla in WB2 and I think a Giant Squid in WB6 as well, don't have either on me to check page numbers
