Q re the random demon tables in DB7 for Shifters

Page 58 of Dimension Book 7 under Megaversal Builder has optional tables for rolling for Chinese or Russian variants of lesser/greater demons after their results. They didn't actually get their own place on the initial tables like the Chaos Earth ones did (86-99)

What seems like a fair way to roll?

I was thinking roll 1D6 and 1-2 = normal, 3-4 = Chinese, 5-6 = Russian?

Should this maybe vary based on how close one is to Asia?

Also wondering if anyone has updated these tables to include the new demon/devil variants in DB10-12 from the Minion War?
