This Haven Mutant gets a PB of 1D6+4, unless they are one of the rare beauties, then they get a +18 to PB. Does the 18 replace the 4?
The Angelic Beauty description has them getting a +2D6+4 to PB. Is that on top of the +18?

Took a look at page 72-73. Angelic Beauty is a net bonus, so you could get another +16 from it.
The basic PMM has a maximum PB of 10. Another 18 added to that would be 28, and combined with the 16 would bring a maximum of 44, which does seem unusually high.
So I do like the interpretation that +18 replaces +4, making it a net +14. This reduces to a maximum of 24 normally, or 40 with Angelic Beauty max. Still strangely high but more tolerable.
This isn't even maxed out though, you roll multiple times on this table and only reroll duplicate results, but Angelic Beauty and "Skin is Silky" are separate, so you could get another +4 there, bringing up to 48/44 max.
I can't help but wonder if this might be a typo though. Perhaps +8 instead of +18 was intended? Perhaps Branden Aten or Taylor White could offer insight if still around. Does anyone have any later printings of the book where this is changed?

Mutant Beauty....gotta love it(unless you make your roll versus being charmed/seduced/ogle-stunned).

Got a hold of Brandon on FB, and he stated, it's as per written, minimum is 30 with a max of 48, with everything included. Wow!

Makes me wonder how rare the rare beauties are though. You have to multiply that with how it rare it is to roll both Silky + Angelic on the table whilst avoiding results that give PB penalties.
