Where can I find the creation rules for D-Bee and Monsters?

I'm looking for the rules. It used to be part of the Core Rulesbook 1st edition... but they are not part of the Ultimate edition... As the rules being moved elsewhere?

I'm trying to creat a few more monster for my players.

If you can find it, Rifts Main Book (core) are still usable.

Dimension Book 2: Phase World has an alien generation table (for species, gear wise you'd have to pull from elsewhere).

The Random Monster Table from the Rifts Main Book AFAIK was dropped from Rifts with UE and hasn't been included in a later supplement. However, WB8 (Japan) and WB7 (Underseas) I know have random monster tables similar to the ones in the Main Book.

Megaversally speaking additional alien tables can be found in Heroes Unlimited main book. "Monster" tables can also be found in Robotech (2E) Genesis Pits SB (could also do New Generation SB for alternate experiment subjects).

I have those books... I was hoping there was a more updated version of those rules but it look like PB have decided to let go of the rules... or maybe it is time for a some kind of combined rulebook that will amalgam all of the creation rules for monster, D-Bee and alien applicable to the whole megaverse.

1) RMB (as you said) has random monster tables.
2) Thundercloud galaxy book has random monsters tables.
3) Land of the Damned has random monsters tables.
[Note: the Rifts Main Book is not Rifts U.Ed. for those of you who might be confused.]

4) Phase World (RDB2) has random Alien tables.
5) HU 1st ed/2nd ed has random Alien tables.
6) HU: Aliens Unlimited (both 1st ed and revised (2nd ed) ed) has random Alien tables.

8 ) RDBx has a random worlds tables. (don't rightly remember which one & not going to look for it)[or was it space 'weather' table….humm]
9) AU: Galaxy Guide has random world tables.

A) AU:GG has the starship/spaceship construction tables.
