Sovietski RAW PREVIEW Question

I didn't have a lot of interest in purchasing the RAW Preview edition of the Sovietski sourcebook, but I heard someone mention in another topic that this book contains a new psychic that's basically an Ice version of the Burster. Are there other new, unique Psychic classes, or maybe even new psionics as well? Aside from that new Ice Burster/Cryokinetic class, what does this book offer someone who'd only be interested in new psychic classes and/or new psychic powers?

So new O.C.C.'s, as suspected. Any new psychic powers, or just O.C.C. specific abilities?
