We have been waiting for a book with info on Lazlo sinse the start. sadly there is no great book on it, the Lazlo world book has been vaporous.
There are some tidbits scattered in the Canada worldworld, as well as some information on it's military in the Xitixic book and aftermath book, but that's about it.

IIRC Rifters 49 and 58 have unofficial info on Lazlo that I thought was pretty decent - specifically the city info which I think was Rifter 58.
