Mutant Bats occ in lonestar.
Can they be NTSET or PsiNet Agents?
Though not psionic several Psi Battlion occs are open to Nonpsionics and Mutant Animals.
Are they eligible for these occs??

Rules as written i do not believe so. however you could use their RCC as written and just assign them to those agencies.

To boot, only dog boys get trust, NTSET and psi net are highly sensitive agencies, bats, or other mutants would not be allowed in.

Per their write up in Lonestar they can not select an OCC unless freeborn or rogue, and one could argue that makes NTSET/PsiNet available under these conditions but the OCCs in this case are limited to specific races which rules out the Mutant Bat (which doesn't allow for it as Lonestar came out after CWC, so if the OCC is available it should be noted in Lonestar somewhere I would think).
At best you could have a Mutant Bat attached to one of the units for a given mission(s).

Psi-Stalkers are mutants, and Human Psycics are also considered mutants by the CS.

With the CS's currant policy of forgiveness I would tentatively say yes. The policy is to get more troops into the field but if a Bat could free up a Dog Boy then I think it'd be okay. My questions would such a character come into existence. The write up says that they're loyal so none ran away to breed. Also would be would the character be old enough? It might be easier to have a CS Bat get a transfer.
