Coalition NPC's?

Have been looking through many of the various Rifts books and have been having trouble finding much in the way of generic npc's with quick stats to use for random encounters. I don't typically get a lot of time to just sit and read through them for any extent of time, so was hoping to reach out to the community and ask if any of the gamer's here can direct me to the right book(s) for these or even if they have any they have created themselves and are willing to share.

There was indeed. Both old style and new, basic troopers and specialized ones. You can find links to them here.

IIRC RMB had some generic CS troop stats, just would have to add two attacks per melee since they predate the GMG and it's melding in of the 2 for living that many were house ruling in from HU2.

This has been really helpful, I had forgotten about the Siege on Tolkien source books. Thanks Hotrod for the links and I'm sure I'll be putting the juicer generator to work soon. Running the first session tonight at my game store.
