Need help and advice about Dual classing.
Hi I am a White Tiger Cyborg Shock Trooper, new body and powercore.
Using Hu2 Alien Power Category (Level 9) I am a Commando trained 2 ton Stealth Operative.
Having retired from the shadow game I wish to learn something else.
How is this done Quasi Legal?
Any Palladium rules on choosing Occ skills and other skills it if the character gets secondary skills would be greatly appreciated.

What I think is possibly correct.
Freeze Alien Skills at Level 9.
Choose new Occ.
Occ skills, any duplicated skills gain new occ bonus and work at current level.
New skills level 1.
Other skills gained and advance as normal for Occ.
No secondary skills are gained from new occ at level 1. Your old Occ replaces them.
Hand to Hand Combat: New Occ :s
Bonuses but no new number of Attacks are Gained until new Hand to Hand reaches the same level as the old One.
Example Hand to Hand Assassin level 7 dual class Hand to Hand Expert, while the first 6 levels give additional bonuses and Abilities No New Attacks are Gained until level 7 and every level after advance as normal for Hand to Hand Expert.

Hand to hand bonuses don't stack, so far as I've ever known.
You seem legit on skills, except for I don't recall the bit about skills gaining the OCC bonus if you already possess them.

This is as close to an official process for adding a new O.C.C. as I am familiar with. I think it's a little onerous and it doesn't include any mechanism for advancing in multiple O.C.C.s simultaneously or include an option to switch back to a former O.C.C.

So unless I can choose my old Hand to hand, my new Hand to Hand doesn't activate until it reaches one level higher.
Assassin level 7 then advance as Expert from level 8 on.
And no bonus to skills I already have.
So like the other Warlords I can go Borg to any non magic or Psionic occ.
Because of the Borgs size I am choosing to eliminate RPA Elite occs as well.
Leaning towards Warlord Cyber Doc but !! NTSET Protector is more the direction I want the character to go.
An NGR Bionic Commando that decided to Join the Coalition after the 6 year tour ended.
Warlord Koledenko was trained there and Still communicates with them frequently.
The Custom Occ was because the guy wasn't a Warlord Shock Trooper. Instead an old Borg who after over a century Fighting lucked into a great body then qualified for the officer exchange program.
At the end if his Tour he decided to accept Citizenship and Now hunts Monsters in the Burbs.

Personally I would have the HU char use the education text to learn a new skill program that goes along with him new occupation. Going this route does not freeze the chars older skills but it does make the new skills slow to advance.

This is the optional posted changing class rules.
The main difference between these optional rules and the official canon changing class rules; in the PF2:High Seas book & within each PF2 PCC; is that the canon text also talks about how many time the char can change their class and the exp. penalties for changing to that the new class.
There are no provisions for changing 'to' or 'from' a Psychic Character Class within the canon changing class rules in PF2 HS and changing 'to' or 'from' a Psychic Character Class are specifically forbidden within each PF PCC text.

In Rifts a char can only have one h2h. Even with chars from N&S/MC the bonuses from the their different combat skills do not stack. Each being recorded separately.

Now almost 12 years later a trained Medical Officer he Hunts the Burbs slaying D-bees, Mages, Rouge Psychics, Superhumans, and Supernatural Creatures.
In defense of his new home and people Winston is a by the book Coalition Soldier and sees nothing wrong with killing vermin invading Human Lands.
Cold, Calculating and Brutal his Tiger Body indeed fits his personality in battle. With his crew of killers he is joking and fun and a very likable guy, even to Psi Hounds and would lay down his life for his fellow soldier.

My NTSET choice was based on the availability and bonus to Medical Skills, and Still be a Man At Arms Occ.
140 years to Reach level ten seems like a long time, fourteen years per level on average seems a bit much. But a Cyborg ShockTrooper Military Specialist Doctor Monster Hunter sounds like it should take a life time or so to achieve such a lengthy title. I have been reworking this character concept over and over for weeks, other than using a Power Category to get the skills I wanted and changing Hand to Hand of my new occ for simplicity sake this is as close to a legal character that I have ever created

I loath how augmented character have to change their OCCs. Just because an existing character is forced to receive a new cybernetic body, or a juicer harness, or MOM implants, or 7 magic tattoos, or 3 biowizard implants...does not mean their knowledge base suddenly changes. Unless its a power from one of the implants or changes, their skills should be the same. Just because I add in a juicer biocomp does not mean I suddenly have the Boxing skill. Thats retarded. That also means that I suddenly do not forget how to use my Research skill.
I recommend the following house rule:
Upon receipt of the new aspect, the character's skills are frozen at the old OCC level and the character is now a level 0 whatever (juicer, borg, tman, ect...) as he must adjust to how his body reacts to the new aspects. Then he levels as normal, earning OCC related and secondary skills in accordance with the character's new OCC, adding to his existing skill base. When he achieves the same level as his skills were previously frozen at, he picks right back up and continues to level his skills as normal. Now you dont have to deal with contradicting H2H combat skills and you adhere to common sense with how a brain actually works.
To use the current rules, all a person has to do is achieve level 1 in whatever OCC they currently are in, change OCCs and reach level 1 again and basically have access to any and every skill available while never reaching level 2 in any OCC. Its broken.

By the rules, simply having more than one bionic implant prevents you from ever being anything else. two or more bionic implants forces you to change OCC's to the partial cyborg even if you don't want to. as long as you have them you can never be anything else.
The only legal way to change your OCC from there is to stop being a cyborg. You'd need to get a clone of your origional body made and your brain transplanted back into it. the Kittanni of Atlantis and Republic of Japan both offer that service (although it's illegal and done through the black market in the latter).
