Special Forces / SWAT

Unread post by valise »

I imagine a special forces merc, or retired spec ops from CS, would make for all round city and field combatant. Especially in the New West area such as Arzona, the Baronies. the thing i am haveing issue with is creating the npc/pc character. I am thinking multi class from spec ops to police or abandon a few of the spec forces skills for some police investagating skills. Thoughts and input.

For simplicity sake Check out the Japan Book Police officer.
And you can be a human looking 600lb light borg.

I if it was my game or character would.

Netset Inspector level:9
Now dualclass Cyberdoc level:3
And to make up for the whole old thing go full light conversion borg.

The goal is espionage, military and medical skills.
At least thats what I would try for. An investigator bombsquad medical investigator and most important a Patriot.

True, a good idea actually. A buddy of mine would have fun with that. I have the main character from the movie S.W.A.T. who is a former navy seal who became a swat officer. So i was thinking a CS nautical commando from the CS navy source book.

You could make it a CS military specialist and give them h2h Commando. The milipsec gets crazy skills, or you can make them the Special Forces Mercenary OCC from the Rifts Mercenaries book. Tons of skills, great options for them, good bonuses toward skills and they are suggested to start with commando (as it didn't exist when the OCC was originally printed), they get crazy cybernetics and power armor to start.

SF from the old merc book.
The Clones are coming you shall all be replaced, but who is to say you have not been replaced already.

Master of Type-O and the obvios.

Soon my army oc clones and winged-monkies will rule the world but first, must .......

I may debate canon and RAW, but the games I run are highly house ruled. So I am not debating for how I play but about how the system works as written.

The special training power category has two great options.
The Hunter Vigilante and The secret operative.

Lt. Nyota Uhura: I'm impressed. For a moment there, I thought you were just a dumb hick who only has sex with farm animals.

James Tiberius Kirk: Well, not _only_...
