it can't be that large as per books .. Dog packs roam the burbs .. Hunting for the supernatural as well as mages..
So if that's true then the "large" formula would not be feasible as they would get culled all the time by dog packs alone..

They are modern tomahawk missiles the CS improved upon. but they use a 2-stage detachable rocket booster to increase range, so they are incompatible with normal LRM launch platforms and they had to build their own specially designed shipboard launchers, also discribed in the book.
