Easter egg in Free Quebec book

Unread post by Mechghost »

OK I just saw it while looking for something in the Free Quebec book, 2 of the "Hook, Line and Sinker" adventures are called

1 - The Mary Ellen Carter

and

2 - Barrett's Privateers

These are both songs by Stan Rogers, a Canadian folk singer.

Saw this and thought I'd share. Anyone else notice these? or any others?

I missed the Mary Ellen Carter but I did catch Barrett's Privateers, grew up listening to Stan Rogers with my dad.

Almost as cool as half the artists of Rifts Canada being NPCs in the book.

Eh, it happens frequently enough. I wrote a Rifter article where all the subtitles were songs by the Clash.
