Does it ever say how far away the three galaxies is from the milky way?

No. Its not even canon that they are in the same dimension.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

Dimensions are only copies of one another. Nothing saying that there isnt a Milky Way Galaxy in the PW dimension, nor that there isnt a Three Galaxies in the Rifts Earth dimension. After all, they are obviously connected seeing that the same Naruni sell wares in both dimensions, Splynn and Klynn know about each other and Rifts Earth Glitter Boys are known to be in PW proper.

I was just curious if there was any distance mentioned between the two galaxies regardless of what dimension it was in.

There is nothing in the text that says all dimensions are copies of each other or the one we are in.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.

By canon any similarity is pretty uncommon.

This - and defining which one of the three would or not be the Milky Way in the context of one's game could have interesting effects on the status quo and plotlines that might cross the path of and mix up with our solar system (or of an already Milky Way-centric setting, like the one in Aliens Unlimited Galaxy Guide, for example).

In fact there is cannon to suggest this is not the case. Take hades and dyvaal. Those are two dimensions that do not appear to have anything like outer space let alone other galaxies existing in them. Some dimensions are like ours and some very much are not some may be clones but many are not.

Naruni presence does not really help either because they are dimensional traders so its just as likely that the milky way dosn't exist in the same dimension as phase world as does exist.

Not to mention the only scenario where we get an actual peek at the rest of the Milky Way (Aliens Unlimited) has nothing about them - at most the Splugorth and Naruni are bigger, olders rivals to one of the two races of extradimensional marauders i can remember.
