Yes, that's right after seeing something mentioned in Megaverse in Flames under the demon trader's enemies and finding them mentioned nowhere else in the book (I don't have the book at hand), I thought it would be a great idea to put down all the things that have been mentioned in the books, but seem to have never appeared or have been forgotten.

Another one for me is 'The Unbidden' from Rifts Aftermath.

I've long considered Palladium's dropped threads to be an asset. They're present in almost every book, and provide fertile ground for an imaginative GM to grow his or her stories.

Two off the top of my head:
Rifts England features mantaz sectiles, mentioning that there are other forms of sectile that have not crossed over to earth yet.
Conversion Book 2 mentions that Hecate's minions are selling lesser versions of her symbiotic bone armor.

They have been mentioned significantly in the revised Sourcebook that has ARCHIE in it (the same one where the Frozen Hidden Army is revealed to Hagan Lonovich).
