I believe it's mentioned briefly in Rifts Underseas, in the New Navy section. I've always assumed thats where it was headquartered at.

was all I could find.

Looks like Zachery Brooks used to have a Rifts Hawaii page, but it is no longer up from what I can tell.

anyway, looks like the region is open for you to do with what you will, best of luck.

Greetings and Salutations. Though not "Official," there's the article The Hawaiian Supernatural in Rifter #46. While not Rifts specifically, it's tagged as available to all settings (equipment does mention M.D.C., and there are categories such as "Cowboy" which I believe is a Rifts only category ... maybe Splicers too?). Not sure how much that helps, but just figured to give you options. Farewell and safe journeys.

Most of Hawaii is going to be underwater and most definitely in the LotD's territory. Hmm, what if the islands broke from their bases and now float for some reason... Hmm. Nope gotta finish writing Alyeska first.

In my own settings, I've had what's left of the H.I.s being a Horune base and slave plantations.

And the Turning of a Page"
