So I've started a (fairly plain) document with the stuff I've thought of so far. I've deliberately avoided using any 'rules'-style text.

I'd appreciate comments!

This is background data that I'm creating for Rifts: Japan. It will be used for:
  1. A player packet for players in an online campaign
  2. A player summary for an introductory, one-shot online campaign
  3. Personal reference for short stories/fanfiction/whatever suits my creative urge at the moment

..that was about it. It's not as if I'm writing a submission for "Rifts: Japan Revised" here; I'm mainly just sharing my ideas and looking for comments on them, or perhaps even suggestions.
