Psi-Stalker sense PPE
Just a quick question, can a Psi-Stalker automatically sense someone with high PPE in their range or do they have to roll the percentage skill listed? If they fail do they not sense or can they just not tell where it's coming from?
The word "THAN" is important. Something is "better than" something else, not "better then", it's "rather than" not "rather then".

The Psi Stalker would sense any unmasked high PPE source within their range automatically. Just sensing doesn't require a roll, trying to locate the source would.
