Some people are lonely really lonely and desperate. For mutants in there proto mutant stage this intense loneliness could lead to them to subconcensly reach out with their powers to get some one to love. This reach out goes across diemional, interstellar, and even electronic realms.
The lover is intantly transported to the proto mutants vencity, and is vested with most of the proto mutants power. In exchange the subject basically falls under a life time love spell. The subject will not leave the proto mutant alone, and will obsessively follow orders from the subject as long as they don't conflict with the subject being close to the proto mutant. In other words its similar to having a deranged stalker at your beck and call. If the proto mutant dies the subject loses all power and 30% of the time the spell like effect ends the other 70% ends in suidiside.
Beloved OCC
The beloved charater has two minor powers his partner has two major
powers.
The beloveds partner
The partner gets a +10 to PB
can understand there partners language
can sense their partner
and will completely regenerate after 3 days in fact as long as the
proto mutant lives the partner can not die!
The partner is almost always the opposite sex of the Beloved charater
Advantages
you have a cute partner who will do any thing to make you happy
and loves you unconditionally, they also have super powers and this rocks
Disavantages-
your partner will proclaim there love all of the freaking time and will embarrass you constantly!
They will sabotage any possible romantic relationship you could have with
any other member of the opasit sex
your partner is really really clingy They will follow you to the end of the earth so say good bye to personal space.

Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well...
