Pantheons Demigod, Mutant Power Category, Magical abilities equal to a Mystic.

Major Aps Ice.

Minor EE Light, Radar, Flight Wingless.

High-school level Education.

Traits Ambidextrous, Angelic Beautiful Face.

Is this a legit character creation.

No, the Heroes Unlimited characters aren't an O.C.C. or an R.C.C. so they can't use the Demigod template from Rifts: Sourcebook 2. Use the Powers Unlimited 2 Immortal (Demigod) instead, that will cover all these options and be more powerful to boot!

In the Pantheons book under the Godling RCC it specifically lists the Heroes Unlimited Power categories they are not allowed to use. Page 17.

Also even though Godlings are allowed Mega Heroes are not?

Good point. I should've pulled out the books instead of relying on my memory to look at this.

Upon a review with the books I find everything is unquestioningly book legal except for the two mutant characteristics. Here's why.

Rifts Pantheons of the Megaverse was written when the Heroes Unlimited game line was still in the Revised edition (as clearly evidenced by the write up for the Mutant character of Hercules of Olympus, pages 103/104). By the Revised Edition rules, a Mutant only gets one roll on the Unusual Characteristics table and "Angelic Face" isn't even one of those options.

You could likely convince the G.M. to allow the character as you're written it by convincing them to allow the Heroes Unlimited 2nd Edition book and rules to supersede the Revised book. But if you're looking for this character to be 100% book legal, no questions asked and no argument needed, then just drop the Angelic Face and simply live with only ambidexterity.

Rick James is currently washing dishes in a diner on Phaseworld, he works for a Godling Chef named Jeff and i think i just met Santa Claus. Lol.
Other characters are involved in some sort of political intrigue stuff. That's a great game variety.

Don't forget that if you're "converting" the character from a Heroes Unlimited world to Rifts, that per Conversion Book 1 there are a bunch of extra skills you get to put on the character. But, you'll always have a -20% penalty to your existing skills that rely on technology because you are used to 21st century tech, not the advanced tech of Rifts/Phase World.

It is in the Demigod text that give the exclution list. However, I would strike the 'magic PC' from that list.

Will point out that the Fallen Demigod in PU2 is not a Mega Hero.

As for the OP….
If I was the GM I would have you choose between the HU powers and the RCB2 powers.(Between the superpowers powers and the mystic magic powers.)

RFI: Did you get said powers via the RCB2 godling power(s) that are apart of the Demigod Stats or how????

I ask cause you said you got "Magical abilities equal to a Mystic." Which says you used the RCB2 route of getting the char's 'powers'.

Yes, and i wasn't allowed the cb1 extra skills for going to Phaseworld. Stat wise the Rick James aka:Lil Sweet isn't impressive but i have a wide range of powers and abilities to make the Tiny Giant fun to play and very useful.
