I was just rereading Powers Unlimited 1, and as I was reading/reviewing the Stench Minor Super Ability I had a interesting thought hit me. The thought was thus: If the power was used in a car, with the Super User either inside the car OR somehow getting the Stench Cloud/Fog/Mist INTO the car/vehicle, then wouldn't the smell stay inside/longer as the car/vehicle travels further away from the Super Power user OR soak into the fabric and causing it to stay for a longer period of time?

GM's call.... You could ask the PC to specify if the Power is either a metaphysical stench (in which case it's as limited as stated in its listing) or an actual chemical reek, which would obey more realistic behaviors of chemicals....Each has its pluses and minuses; physical chemical stenches might be easily defeated by various physical means, or even covered over with another aroma, while metaphysical reeks might be considered to be smelt regardless, unless otherwise stated in their description.
Eugenic Power stench, I'd rule, is actually glandular in nature, so it would obey the idea that enclosed space= heavier concentration and longer duration.

Think Taalismn hit the nail on the head. A physical stench could get in to more vehicles, as mot vehicles aren't made to be airtight, quite the opposite, IMO.
