On the Topic of Mystically Bestowed, lost limbs, etc

He power category mentions that when they transform they 'are made whole' as an ideal version of themself, temporarily negates their infirmities etc.

This sounds to me like if you lose any limbs or body parts, get old and ancient, or termininally ill you can just transform and be made whole every time (makes sense given the nature of b*** a*** as presented in comics, one of whom this category seems based on!).

It is not clear: (except in rifts conversion book) how quickly the bonus sdc regenerates in bestowed form (does it reform instantly on canceling and resummoning the transformation?), if you lose a limb in bestowed form you were already missing in normal form it seems like it would just be restored again on transforming since...logic with magical nature and the descriptions; since the form is made whole and sdc is just sdc it seems reasonable it would just restore to the ideal body on transforming again. It seems to be left open to player or gm interpretation based on what kind of theme they are going for (Magical Girl Warrior? No dice. Sh****? Definitely given the source material). But things like, if a good limb in normal form gets cut off in bestowed form do you lose it in normal form too? (Only for it to be restored when transforming again, but lost permanently in normal form)

Obviously the conversion books make this simple since they become supernatural physical attributes and regen their mdc, which usually means regrowing lost body parts, plus magical 'imaginary perfection/ideal form' rules of magic/cool.

But if there is clear official answers to any of this they would be appreciated! Especially that distinction on regeneration of the alternate form.

Yes, no matter how crippled you are in normal form, you have all funtioning limbs when you transform. Even if you lose a normal limb later.

However, any limb lost while transformed only regrows if you have a superpower that provides for limb regeneration.

Basically you have two different bodies.
Body #1 is your "normal" or "mundane" body
Body #2 is your "super" or "bestowed" body
Body #2 always comes 'factory fresh' with a full compliment of limbs, no diseases, damage, or imperfections. However unless you get one of the extended maintenance packages (regenerations etc) the manufacturer is under no liability for user inflicted damage.
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.

This. Much more clear than what I was being. Your new body comes free of any limb problems your normal form has (even problems that develop afterwards), but the new body itself dosn't heal specially unless you get a Maitance Package (Super regeneration or regeneration: ultima) it won't regrow limbs.
