Sorry I'm late, I over slept.

Blackvault Power Category, The Power Master.
-1 skill program. Ugh I hate penalties.

1 major or 2 minor. Again ugh that's like no powers.

Umm, I choose 1 major power my favorite Blackvault Power, Brick Tricks.(this power I is down right awesome and one of the all around best powers I have ever seen).

Ok first I screwed up the name.

Master of Powers.
Mutant.

1 Major power: Brick Tricks.

Special Training Skills.
Deflective.
Use ranged power to parry ranged attacks coming in. Using his Hyperclap a wall of kinetic energy collides with incoming ranged attacks.
Rapid.
+1 Attack using Power.
Better.
+50% attribute& sdc bonuses provided by power.
At the cost of four secondary skills gain two more of the skills.

Flight:an extension of his Hyper Leaping.
Long range: range of Powers double and on a Me roll vs 16 double range again.

Education skill programs.
Physical +20%.
2 Journalist/Investigation +20%.

Calling a redo, I decided to make The Power Master of Brick Tricks. A Rhinotaur. And also a Major Psionic, woot. I will redo the Education as an Alien instead.

This guy Teamed with Chill could be great enemies or allies with Clyde Snell the Spirit Centaur. Given Flying Snows catlike appearance he could fit into the team as well.
