The abilities of the powers are very hard to read. You don't have it very organized.

Scorch, is currently managing a catlike mutant calling himself Flying Snow. A gifted athlete in the Juicer Unlimited League. Currently a champion Jump bike trickster.
Scorch is currantly disguising her self as "Maxxie" a top hat wearing over makeupped always in a corset costumed manager.
Smiles n lies, get the customers drinking and gambling and hopefully betting against Snow.

The security for the duo is Trooper J, a retired megaversal trooper and marksman, he claims to have had his JA12 for twenty-five years and always keeps it with him.
Even though mostly bionic Trooper J dresses in custom darkblue or grey suits, always. For special occasions he wears tuxedos.

The troop Snow, Scorch and Trooper J are also thinking of adding a stoneskinned wizard to the ranks. Kevin Leemus has recently began frequenting the games...

Its in the Blackvault.

As are the Feats.

As is most things I use in character design.

I allow Stuff that NMI and StoneGargoyle put in the Blackvault in my games. I trust their evaluation and modifications to fan created things.
Example. New power thread, New skills, um the various races, the new power categories.
All good and balanced stuff.

I play a game. Since no Canon written and gmd by palladium staff games exist in my area, yes I allow homebrew to a point.

With the way you use the most powerful stuff from the Vault, your characters do not come out as very balanced.
Also, there are no Feats posted to the Vault. You must have gotten them off these boards.

The feats are a very cool idea to add in to character creation.
And yes scorch has massive firepower, pun intended but, she is a skill based character.
Uses her charms and wit to conquer but just in case packing nuke level energy blasts do come in handy.

Still haven't found a place for her just yet....

True they haven't gotten the vault approval and are listed as fan creations.
I used them in two character creations. One to symbolize the preparedness training and personality of a fighter the other to symbolize just how wicked and manipulative a woman scorned can be.

It's not a matter of "approval". There is no section in the Black Vault Wiki as of yet for Feats, and the creators of said feats would have to give permission for them to be posted there. Neither of those things has occurred for feats to be posted to the Vault.

I only let scorch exist as male. But keep him managing the male flying snow...
Damn ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol! Damn everyone who won’t damn ICE/BCP/Border Patrol!! Damn everyone that won’t put lights in his windows and sit up all night damning CE/BCP/BorderPatrol!!!
If you support ICE/BCP/BorderPatrol at this point, you would have called the Gestapo on the people surreptitiously moving into your neighbor's attic and huffed that you were only following the law.

Interesting take on the concept. But I am just flattered you would use the character as an npc.

Remember Snow is a Bike Racer first and foremost.

Update: The feats are now going to be entered into the vault. I will have to go back and edit the Flying Snow page to link to the feat pages once I have them copied over.
