this is a front line fighter villain I came up with:
FIGHTER:
Minor abilities:
detonation or explosive power (p1)
power bands (p1)
immune to melee (p3)
immune to high speed (p3)
Major abilities:
Adapt to environment (u2)
this guy is more of a chaotic evil villain:
EVIL:
minor abilities:
horror factor (u2)
impervious to fear & terror (p1)
cellular rot & decay (p3)
knock back (p3)
major abilities:
weight manipulation (u2)
this is my first time trying Heroes out. GM is letting us all start at level 5 with either 3 majors or a combination of major/minor.
any input would be appreciated.
which is a better villian?

If you're looking for playability as a PC, you get more out of Fighter then Evil. But evil has a broader arrangement of abilities. As this is your first time at bat, I go with Fighter. He's more straight forward to play while you learn the system.
