The material posted there is stuff taken from these boards that people have consented to have posted there or have posted here and gotten approval to post there. It is a way of organizing and consolidating stuff. The reason stuff has to be posted here first is so that we can have it edited and approved for quality assurance before it is posted there, as well as keeping people from posting spam there. Right now, I am the only one posting stuff there for myself and other people who have consented to have their materials posted.

The Black Vault Wiki contains way more stuff than would fit in the Rifter. The material there would take up a hundred books at least.

gives Wayne Smith a lot to look over then! It'd be a resource he could always use to ensure there's plenty of material.

On that sidenote, I was thinking that just adding favored NPCs and characters to the Rifter'd be cool too.

But again, it comes down to obtaining permission from the creators of some of the works, many of whom do not even frequent the forums anymore. As far as NPCs and characters go, there are not many of those in the Vault as of yet.
