Need help with demo npc and other resources

Ok want run one demo shot look npc and or resources was hope the community could help me out thx.

The Heroes Unlimited Revised book has two adventures suitable for one-shots. The NPC's in those adventures were upgraded to Second Edition stats starting here. The GM guide has 10 adventures as well, with NPC's already updated for the second edition. For premade PC's you could pull from any of the individual heroes listed in the Century Station book - there's a decent mix of power levels in the NPC's in the back.

Century Station is an excellent setting resource (as is Gramercy Island) with a bunch of NPC's and adventure hooks, but no fleshed out adventures unfortunately.
