You didn't miss it, there's no P.P. listed. The Robotics category in HU2 does not provide a P.P. score to robots.

Though that is corrected in Aliens Unlimited Galaxy Guide, page: 139, New Systems:
Aliens Unlimited Galaxy Guide, page: 139, New Systems wrote:Increased P.P. for hands and arms: Commercial robots that have no pilot but have an AI can have a maximum P.P. attribute of 14, but military and authorized industrial and security robots can have a P.P. as high as 26. As usual, all limbs start with a base P.P. of 10. Cost: 25,000 credits for each point above 10.
